Drag and drop: multiple objects in user's highest to lowest importance order

Question

Howdy all,
LTFT!&nbsp; I have to create an interaction where the user has seven options (blocks) to drag into seven spaces in order of highest to lowest importance.&nbsp;
My challenge is that the order is based on the user's order, not one that I've set (see image below).
What drag-and-drop setting do I need to change to make it work?&nbsp; It has me stumped.
