Drag and drop: multiple objects in user's highest to lowest importance order

Howdy all,

LTFT!  I have to create an interaction where the user has seven options (blocks) to drag into seven spaces in order of highest to lowest importance. 

My challenge is that the order is based on the user's order, not one that I've set (see image below).

What drag-and-drop setting do I need to change to make it work?  It has me stumped.
