Hi JenniferMiles-B! Thank you for providing a video! I see the inconsistency in your screen recording. I'm having a hard time recreating this behavior in a new file so it would be helpful to test the project. Would you mind either sharing it in this discussion or privately in a support case? We'll delete the file when we complete testing!

Hi Lauren, the file is there with the video. I have also added it to a support case with the video.

      I will close this down as your colleague has explained how the "drag over" work, this trigger on the "drag over" won't work.
