Drag and Drop template form view not opening

Hi, I am trying to use a drag and drop template from the content library. When I import the templates (I've done it with several with the same problem each time) a blank white box appears. I think that it is the form view box, because that is missing. I've closed/reopened the program. I'd like to modify this drag and drop, but right now I cannot get to the form view to fix the interaction. Advice? Thank you, in advance.
