Thanks for letting us know what you are experiencing with your seekbar. I'm not clear if you're experiencing the issue with the video controls or the seekbar on your slide.
Would you be able to share a sample .story file for us to take a look at an example of what you are seeing? You can share it publicly here or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
