E-learning has disappeared
Dear reader,
I hope this email reaches the right person. If not, I hope you can forward it to someone in your company that can help me.
About a year ago I created an E-learning with the free trial. Right now when I try to open the E-learning with the link, it seems to have disappeared. The E-learning is also not available anymore in my account when I login. I do really need the E-learning, so I hope it is still somewhere. Can you please let me know what has happened with my E-learning, if it still exists and how I can make sure that it won't disappear again. If this means I will have to create an account that I have to pay for please let me know the options as well.

As per the Terms of Service (https://www.articulate.com/360-terms-of-service/), Articulate deletes courses after a trial ends or a license expires.
Because your trial period ended more than 6 months ago, there is no way to restore the courses you created during that time.
