Edutainment... My compliance traing is boring
I'm building a lot of safety compliance training at the moment, and it's boring. I'm struggling to turn my courses into something fun because the topics are so dry... "you must do this, you must do ...
Gamify the course. Let the user make mistakes... and reward them when doing things correctly. Add a bit of competition into it by leaderboards... And when you wantto go really crazy, make a simulation of it...in VR or AR.
I would really love to do this, but I'm on a time crunch, and I've got about 15 courses still to do :( and I've got to stick to rise because most of the people doing it, are doing it on a mobile phone.
