eLearning resumes in the middle of question bank
I have a course that has a large question bank and allows 3 attempts at passing. I've noticed that when I exit after failing and open the course as a new attempt (for staff that exit before trying again) it takes you into the quiz where you can answer some more questions before going back to the results slide.
Has anyone had this before and is this something I can fix, I was hoping to keep the resume on there if possible.

My first suggestion would be to rule out LMS issues by testing your course in SCORM Cloud. Check out this step-by-step article!
If you still see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, or if you need our help testing, the next step would be to open a support case here, so we can take a closer look at your settings.

Since this is an older post, I'd like to ask a few questions to help me troubleshoot:
- How are you publishing your course?
- Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud, as my teammate, Maria, mentioned above?
- Have you tried using a different browser or clearing your browser cache?
If the issue persists in SCORM Cloud, it'd be helpful to take a closer look at your course. You can share it with our team in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
