Electronic course shaking after publication

It doesn't look like anyone has a good positive fix for this. First, do you store your file on your hard drive or elsewhere? If they are not on your hard drive, I would move them there and recheck to see everything is working. As long as everything is good, I would try and republish off your hard drive. 

If the files are already on your hard drive, I would just try and republish it anyway and see what happens.

Thanks for reaching out! As EricSchaffer-d1​ noted, we recommend saving and working locally in Storyline 360.

• Just to confirm, are you experiencing this in Preview or only in published outputs?
  • Knowing what publishing option(s), along with the browser you are using, would be helpful.  

• If you import your project slides into a new .story file and then publish, do you still experience this shaking behavior?

 

• Is this happening with any other courses you're working on, or just this one?

 

As a first step, I recommend a repair of Storyline. Sometimes that will fix some erratic behavior! 

If you are still experiencing this issue after a repair, it would be helpful to see a screen recording of this behavior in action and your .story file. You can share these materials in this discussion or privately in a support case.
