I can't seem to replicate the issue. Please check my demo below—am I missing something? You could isolate the slide and replace proprietary data with dummy text so you can upload it for someone to troubleshoot.
Tip: Create a trigger that first 'Open URL/file' when the user clicks 'Send Email,' then replace the 'Open URL/file' action with the 'Send email to' action within the same trigger.
