Just saw Russel's reply to Amber.
I modified my course using the response link: https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPageV2.aspx?origin=NeoPortalPage&subpage=design&id=OTOoCOeQv0mQdZV8zVYb8YvVvwXQI6NBsrIGlM383o9UMDk2N1FJTkRWWlRINkpXR1o2T1IwR01TUi4u&analysis=trueSame result... attaching for some assistance. I don't know how to work around it.
Hi Marcus,
Happy to help!
Here's what I see when I publish your Storyline 360 course with the embedded form and embed it in a Rise 360 course.
You can use this link to see if you will get the same results as I did. If the form doesn't load properly for you, try reaching out to your IT staff to see if there are any networks restrictions put in place that might prevent you from connecting to the link.
Also, just a note that 'formsoffice.com' is different from 'forms.office.com'. The correct one is the latter, so kindly check as well if you have the correct links added to your courses.
If the issue persists, you can open a case with our support team here for additional assistance.
