Employment Hero LMS - Video Issues (Articulate Rise)

Hi All

Situation: Looking for some help. Creating content in Articulate Rise which includes .MP4 video content (which was uploaded as a file

SCORM 1.2 then uploaded to Employment Hero LMS. 

Issue: 2/6 videos do not work. Always the same videos. Video looks like attached images. 

User able to continue with training, but is unable to view (or interact with) video content.

Note: The video content works when uploaded to a different LMS (which is not possible to use in this case).

Does anyone have any idea why this might be occurring? Is it worth trying different SCORM formats (see other image), like should I try SCORM 2004.
