empty grey area

Apologies for this basic question. I tried to google it but could not find an answer.
I am seeing an empty grey area on both sides of the slides. (see attached screenshot)I would lik...
the 16x9 or 960x540 if you have the sidebar. Without it, there is some space. Mine was not as obvious as yours,
Adjusting the aspect ratio to a wider option (around 80x30) yielded better results. But a lot has to due to the aspect ratio of the screen and browser. Storyline is not 100% responsive, like Rise360.
