Enable Next Button

Hello community! I am disabling the next button on a slide and I need to enable it once the user visits different other slides (and not layers). However it is not working. Is there any other way to make it work?

 

it works with me when I am on the same slide and I need the user to visit the layers but not if I want the user to visit different slides to be able to enable the next button.
