Hi, I have a module I created and uploaded as a scorm file in our LMS. The issue is each time a user completes it annually it does not trigger a new completed date. I was advised by the LMS helpdesk...
You need a way for the user to force a new attempt annually or they will continue to overwrite the same session.
Thank-you Phil. I do know that resetting a coure for a user unfortunately wipes out their previous historical record of completion - which is needed if we are audited
