Encounter a list of issues with Articulate Storyline recently

Sorry to hear that you encountered issues after updating your Storyline 360 installation. 

If the issue only started happening after updating Storyline 360 to the latest version, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the behavior: 

• Do a repair of Storyline 360
• Downgrade your installation to a previous version
• Make sure that your Parallels is properly configured to run Articulate 360 software
