Great question! End users have options to change the size of their closed captions in the settings of their operating system. An easy way to access those settings is through their web browser. Here is a Peek video of how I found the setting using Google Chrome on a Mac. The steps may be worded a little differently depending on the operating system and web browser they're using, but the setting should be available.
We, currently, don't have the option to give the end user the ability to pick the size of their closed captions through Storyline, but that sounds like an interesting idea that I can share with our product team.
