Engage Freezing
When I copy and paste verbiage into Engage the program freezes and I have to end the task. It was working fine for awhile, and now it just stopped. Any idea how to fix it?

I want to ask you some follow-up questions to begin troubleshooting:
- Does this happen with every Engage file where you attempt to insert verbiage or a specific project in particular?
- How many characters are you trying to insert when this issue occurs?
- Where are you copying the verbiage from?
- Do you get a specific error message, or does it just freeze up, and you are forced to shut down the program?
