Engage interaction not found in LMS

I have inserted and enage interaction into my Storyline course and published it for LMS.  When I launch the course in Learnworlds (which is what i'm using), it is working fine until I get to the interaction and then I get an error "object not found". I can use the menu to navigate to the other slides, which work fine.  Any ideas for correcting this?

    Hi CathyCassidy-9f! That error usually means something in the interaction isn’t loading properly in the LMS environment (especially since the other slides work).

    A few quick things to try:

    • Republish and upload a freshly zipped entire output folder
    • Remove any special characters from file/folder names and republish
    • Publish HTML5-only (no Flash fallback)
    • Test the package in SCORM Cloud to see if it’s LMS-specific
    • Try uploading it as a brand-new course item in LearnWorlds

    If it works in SCORM Cloud, it’s likely a LearnWorlds issue. If not, it’s probably something in the course file itself. Let us know what you find!
