Hi CathyCassidy-9f! That error usually means something in the interaction isn’t loading properly in the LMS environment (especially since the other slides work).
A few quick things to try:
- Republish and upload a freshly zipped entire output folder
- Remove any special characters from file/folder names and republish
- Publish HTML5-only (no Flash fallback)
- Test the package in SCORM Cloud to see if it’s LMS-specific
- Try uploading it as a brand-new course item in LearnWorlds
If it works in SCORM Cloud, it’s likely a LearnWorlds issue. If not, it’s probably something in the course file itself. Let us know what you find!
