Error 80070652 when updating Storyline 360
Update fails even runned as admin. No Firewall issue avoiding the .msi download. C++ and .Net installed. Captures in attachements

As a troubleshooting step, try adding Articulate's endpoints to your network configuration to see if this helps:
You'll need the assistance of a network admin to do this. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team by opening a case so we can take a closer look at the behavior.

I had the same error. I ended up having three different zombie instances of Windows Installer running in the background. After ending all three tasks, I restarted Articulate and the update was installed normally.
