Error displayed: Cannot access the Question banks
HI, an error (as in the attached screenshot) is displayed when trying to access any of the questions banks in RISE 360.
I could access it just an hour ago but now I cant access it. Am urgently required to complete some files. Please help.

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
I'm happy to share we just released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issue where a 'something went wrong' message appears when working with Question Banks. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!

Any reason I am getting this message and cannot add my questions from the question bank. Any advice of what to do to fix this would be helpful I need to complete and publish my lesson today.

I had the same issue. I didn't have any test banks in my private folder. Once I moved a test bank to my private folder, I could draw questions from test banks. Hope this helps.
