Error importing audio files
Hi,
I wonder if you can help me. I'm trying to import audio files into my Storyline project. I'm able to select the file, but when it tries to load I get the following error message:

Hello, I am getting this same issue, and have tried all the fixes suggested but to no avail. Has there been any further findings on this?
My audio is exported from PPT - is this a known issue?
I am also working in Parallels in a Mac if that is an issues?
