Error in Downloaded Scorm 1.2 Web

I facing an error in the downloaded Scorm 1.2 package. The HTML link is not working for the rise 360 downloaded courses.

Hi,

So after extracting the web output ZIP file to a web server, the HTML link to launch the course is not working?
