Error in multiple response in quiz

I'm trying to create a multiple response quiz with two answers where both answers are correct, but the answers keep coming up wrong. 

I've tried a lot of solutions, like adding a third answer and creating the quiz again from scratch, but nothing works. Am I the only one having this problem?

    Hi,

    I just re-created your multiple response question and it works correctly.

    When you added the question, did you initially create it as a multiple choice and then change the type to multiple response?
