Multiple response question

I have created an assessment that is already set with multiple choice questions and each is set to give a response if answered correctly/incorrectly. It works as intended with giving the feedback for each correct/incorrect response. However, I added a new multiple response question. For some reason, it IS giving the feedback response if it is incorrect, but it is NOT giving the feedback response if it is correct. I can't figure out why. The triggers, etc. are the same. In the screen shots below, the first one is a multiple choice question that works fine. The second one is the multiple response question that is not working.  Any ideas?
