Same issues, "there was an error publishing...."
Were any of the previous complaints resolved? Any possibility for staff to post follow-ups on some of them with a general idea of what those issues were so that we can try to avoid reproducing similar errors in our development? Providing us with a topic or common problem will allow us to troubleshoot our development practices rather than posting blind in a forum without follow-ups.

Did you have to change any settings or course material to successfully publish or was it just random that it happened to work that time?

Hi Noel,
I am sorry that you are running hitting this roadblock with publishing courses to Review 360. We are continuing to experience intermittent issues with Review 360.
While I don't have an exact ETA of when the issue will be resolved, you can stay up to date on the status of this issue by clicking this link here. You can also opt-in for status updates by clicking on the Subscribe to Updates button at the top of the Articulate status page.

Thanks for the reply. Is it safe to assume that it is just a server issue and not necessarily something broken in a working file? Some of the earlier Staff replies suggested sharing the users' files implying that it's possible we could break something. Were those earlier issues server related or developer created?
I just want to make sure I'm not unintentionally breaking stuff on my end!

Hi Noel,
I did not make any changes - it just worked for me this morning when I tried again. I just tried again now and it is still working.
I hope that the issue has also been resolved for you.

Hi,
Even i am facing the same issue. I'm unable to publish my files into Review 360 though i am able to publish other output formats.
Just to check i tried to republish the file that was already published into Review 360 and getting the same error.
Could you please provide us a solution for this issue or let us know as soon as this issue is cleared in Review 360.

Hello,
I've been having difficulty uploading any course to Review 360. I have one course in particular that isn't loading on the existing review or as a new item.

Hi Tessa,
I was able to publish a course without any problems. I am sure a staff person will jump in with any info on any intermittent issues. If you have the luxury of waiting a little you may want to try again in a bit.

Thanks. I've been trying all day with no luck. It did upload once, but overwrote a different existing course. I've tried everything. Not sure why this one course will not load.

Hey Tracey. Same here. My experience is that it just creeps in every couple of months or so. Today, I'm getting the error maybe one out of every three attempts. Hopefully it will be sorted here soon.

I'm sorry for the trouble. We had an issue with Review 360 earlier, where a fix is in place now. I'm able to publish projects successfully, but let me know if you both are still stuck!

- Is the issue happening in any course you are working on or just this particular one?

I am now just experiencing this as well. In multiple projects. Internet connection is fine, uninstalled and re installed Storyline, and still no luck. Any ideas?

The Review 360 site seems to go down from time to time. My experience, it's every few months on average. It's never lasted more than a 24-hour window for me, and even then I've been able to upload intermittently during that time. Like maybe one of our 3 or 4 attempts go through. Then a few hours later, everything is working as expected again.
Katie posted a link a few posts up where you can check current status of the site to see if maybe it's Review 360, rather than chasing efforts on your end if that's the case.
