Error Report When Translation Imported

Question

When I imported translated XLIFF file to Storyline, it showed error report and I got half English half French after imported. Is anything wrong with the XLIFF file? I had a bunch of XLIFF files, half worked but half failed. Can't find the issue blocked importing.
