I appreciate you chiming in to share that you are experiencing an error when previewing.
Storyline 2 relies on Flash to operate. As a result, we ended support for this application when Adobe disabled Flash Players in January 2021. The HTML5 output from Storyline 2 still works in Google Chrome and Safari. We recommend ugrading your software to Storyline 360 or Storyline 3, which do not have any flash dependencies.
