"Exit Course" Button Not Working
Hi everyone,
I am not able to figure out what's going on with the "Exit Course" button at the end of this quiz. I've tried all of the following:
1. Trying different browsers (Chrome and Edge)

Hi Kelly, thank you for reaching out.
So, I added the button Exit, with trigger action to exit course. In Preview, it works as expected.
When I publish, and try to click on exit, nothing happens. I even tried with the Menu option, launch browser in new window.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. There are a few reasons why your exit course trigger doesn't work in your course and those scenarios are listed here:
If you don't find one that matches your current setup, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test your course's exit course button. We'll delete it when we're done!
