Export Closed Captioning
Hello everyone!
Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!
In Update 123, we've included essential fixes and new features. We've released an enhancement for:
- Export all your project’s closed captions in a single step.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

The export option outlined here is the option to export within the Closed Caption feature:
Click Export Captions on the ribbon, choose a location where you want to save the caption file, then click Save.
When you export captions from the closed captions editor, it generates a VTT file.
You'll see it generates a VTT file, not a Word file.
