Export Xliff Files from Rise 360
When I export text from a course the text on the starting screen is missing from the xliff file. All other text is included. Is there a way to include this or is this a bug?

Sorry to hear that the starting screen in your Rise courses is not included when you export the xliff file.
Please try the following:
-Make sure your browser is updated and make sure you are using a supported browser.
-Try the other browsers and check if the starting screen is still missing from the xliff file. This will check if the issue is browser-specific.
If the issue still persists please open a case with us so that we can investigate.
