Extract still image from video
How would you extract a still image from a video, so I can introduce a pause and overlay comments/commentaries before resuming with the rest of the video.
The easiest way might be to pause media (or timeline, depending on how it is set up), and resume it when you finished with other things.
Otherwise any video editor (including the free Microsoft Photo) can fairly easily cut one frame.
