Eyedropper Not Working on Extended Monitors (360)

Hi Shauna,
This is clearly still an issue. Considering what it costs for a license it should be a reliable product. Unfortunately the more I use 365 the more i find reasons not to renew the license.
Please can you fix these issues because things like the eyedropper, publishing issues, legacy version 'update' issues, not having things such as closed captions available as default etc. may seem small to you but they are fundamental to a lot of your customers.Kind regards.

Hey Marc,
I don't know if you got your eyedropper issue sorted, but I was having the same problem. I changed the resolution on my screens (laptop and two external monitors) so that they are all the same. That did the trick for me.
Another thing you mentioned is having captions default to enabled. You can manage that through the variables settings. Open the variables from the trigger panel (1) then click the "Built-In" tab (2). Scroll down until you see "Player.DisplayCaptions" and change the default value to True (3).
