Facilitating leadership training exercises

Has anyone tried taking a set of user responses and populating the next step? What I want to do is to have users list their core values, then compare them with a set of values previously collected, and after that take that compared list into a comparison to the company values. Last, after combining and filtering the final list they would answer a set of questions about the list of values. I would collect responses in each step. Printing the final list in a PDF for the student to take with them would be nice too.
