Facing Feature Discrepancy
Hi,
Some Rise features and functionalities don't work for me when I switch between WiFis (the upload feature doesn't work in one WiFi even though internet speed is fast, some settings change for me depending on the network). The new Rise blocks are also not visible when I use one connection (but work when I switch network).
How do I resolve this?

Thanks for reaching out! If I understand correctly, you're experiencing different issues in Rise 360 on two different WiFi networks.
- Do you see any error messages or notifications on your end?
- I'm curious to know more about your browser. If you use an incognito window, do you still experience this behavior?
For the best experience with Rise 360, I recommend checking our System Requirements to ensure you use one of our supported browsers on the latest version when authoring. You may also need to check your Network Endpoints to ensure that our domains are included in your allowlist.
