Failed to import powerpoint
I've tried few different powerpoint even a blank ppt, it only gives error but no log file for error details, followed all instruction from here is not helping.
Office 365 ver 16.016130.20714
the ppt saved location I have full access to so it wont be permission issue..
I also tried uninstall and reinstall under admin right still not working
I shared my blank pptx file for checking
Any advise or debugging tools can provide?

Hi, I have the same problem, can you please share the solution on that topic?
thanks,
NikoHi Nikolaos!
Sorry to hear you've also run into trouble when importing PowerPoint content to Storyline. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to start.
- Have you reviewed this article, which outlines some of the common reasons importing PowerPoint content to Storyline may fail?
- Have you tried performing a repair of your Storyline application to see if that improves behavior?
- If you are receiving an error message when the import process fails, can you please share a screenshot of what the message says?
If you're comfortable sharing a copy of the affected PowerPoint file, I'd be happy to test the behavior on my end! You can upload it to this discussion, or share it privately through a support case. We'll delete it from our system as soon as we've finished troubleshooting!

Hello team,
it didn't work the repair either, I would like to share privately but the file is too big, can you maybe try with an empty pptx ? I also try empty pptx and it doesn't work neither.
let me know how to solve this ??

Hi Nikolaos. At the risk of sounding redundant, I was having the same issue as you. I made sure to number the slides, beginning with 1 and made a copy to the desktop of my computer. The import worked beautifully with those two changes. Hope this helps and good luck.
