FAQ
I have an Engage FAQ slide with ten slides. Currently, the viewer cannot navigate away from the slide unless he/she goes over all questions. How can I make it possible to navigate away from the slide without having to go over all questions? to make it a sort of reference FAQ page. In the Player Templates>Navigation the User Navigation is set to: Free-user can view slides in any order. please help.
Thanks,
Anton

Good morning, Christine:
I have a question about a published file; if a file was published and sent via email to a recepient, is there a way for the recepient to open the file in Powerpoint and view its slides, animations, etc.?
Thanks,
Anton

Hi Anton,
That depends, did you send them the published output? Sounds like that may be the case. If so, no, they won't be able to view it - and if they do find a way to open it, they may not be able to view it properly.
If you're wanting to share the presentation with someone via email, you may want to share a Presenter Package with them, instead. That package will include a PowerPoint file. However, they will need at least Presenter to view the Articulate content correctly. If they don't have access to it already, they can download the free trial for our Studio products, if they'd like.
I hope this helps :) Have a great day, Anton!

Thak you for your prompt reply. As always, your answers help a lot!
Another question; if I email you my work, would you be able to give me a feedback and tell me what you think of the design, navigation, layout, animation, text and so on? what are the cons and the pros? on hat level would you place my work (entry, intermediate, or advanced)? As you know, I am quite new to Articulate and you are the only person I know who is proficient in it. I'll understand if the answer is no.
Thanks again for your helpful answers,
Anton

Hi there Anton!
You're very welcome :) Always happy to help, if I can!
You're always welcome to share your work with me. If you'd like to, you can send me a private message here on the forums and link to your projects. While I'm not able to promise I can "rate" your work, I'd be happy to give you some feedback.
Also, just wanted to mention that we have some extremely talented community members here. If you're ever looking for some feedback, you may want to post your courses over in the Building Better Courses section of the forums. I see some pretty interactive posts over there on feedback and our community is always happy to help :)
I hope you have a wonderful day!

Hi there,
Can I create a link from the Attachement tab to a slide within Powerpoint? Thanks.
- ChristineHendriFormer Staff
Hi there Anton! I hope you're doing well :)
I'm not sure about linking the tab itself, but you can link to an attachment you've added to that tab.
Here's how:
Add a link in PowerPoint to a File-type attachment
I hope this helps!
