Feedback By Choice not showing
Feedback by choice is only an option for multiple-choice questions. It's not available for multiple-response.
You could customize the feedback on the Incorrect layer. Give different feedback (either show/hide objects with text, or change the state of one object) based on which buttons are selected.

Here are the best practices for uploading a .story file:
- Only include slides that are related to the problem.
- Be sure objects, layers, motion paths, and variables have meaningful names.
- If there is proprietary content, replace or delete it. For example, replace proprietary text with “ipsum lorem” text.
FYI: A common mistake when using multiple conditions is to connect them with AND (all conditions must be met) instead of OR (any condition must be met).
Also, it's best to use "≠ Selected" (instead of "= Normal"). That's because all the built-in states are based on Normal.
