Feedback layers change after importing from another project
Hi everyone,
We had a translation vendor prepare separate .story files for each language we needed, and I am now importing them into a master file with a language menu. However, when I import, the feedback layers change back to English on some slides (but not all). I can't seem to figure out why this is happening, and manually changing to the translated text is time consuming. Can anyone help?

Thanks for reaching out regarding translating your course in Storyline. I understand that everything from the translated files from your vendor shows up, except for the feedback layers.
- Are the same slides impacted across multiple languages, or are they different?
- If you try importing the translated text into the original .story file, are you able to see the translation(s) displayed correctly?
Since you mentioned this isn't happening on all slides, it would be helpful to take a closer look at your original English file, the current .story file, and the translated files from your vendor. Feel free to share this in this thread or privately in a support case.
