file is being used by another process
I am currently creating a storyline course that is the second lesson in a series. As such, I am reusing a lot of pictures and clip art that I created for lesson 1. The problem is this:

I am having the same issue. I have tried all of the above but still get the message the file is corrupt when opening or it is in use when trying to import. Are there any other possible solutions. I don't want to have to recreate my project so hoping there is something else to try.
