File Name Not Refreshing When Replacing Images

I duplicated a slide and replaced the images. The file name on the timeline does not reflect the newly replaced images. This isn't a huge deal but it does make it confusing when editing the slide under "Form View". It doesn't affect the quiz but I am hesitant to share this project with other individuals because it may be confusing.

    Hello JD!

I appreciate you sharing what you’re experiencing!

The behavior where replacing an image after the original image has been edited will not update the name in the timeline has been reported to our team.  We’ll continue evaluating how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses.

Here’s more detail on how we tackle bugs.

I’m sorry that I can’t say if this will be fixed, but you’re in the right place to stay updated on this bug’s progress.
