File Types
I see that Rise has a maximum side of 5GB for audio and video files. I also see videos are best in 16:9 aspect ratio. I'm seeking information in a couple areas:
1. Please list all of the file type...
I am trying to upload the attached image and I continue to get the error "There was an issue uploading. Please try again." I have tried using .gif, .png and .jpg and I receive the same error for all and I am working in Chrome. Any suggestions?
