File Types

I see that Rise has a maximum side of 5GB for audio and video files. I also see videos are best in 16:9 aspect ratio. I'm seeking information in a couple areas: 1. Please list all of the file type...

Sorry for the trouble, Daniel. I'm seeing the same problem. I'll let our team know this type of file isn't uploading to the attachment block.

Hopefully zipping the file before attaching it will work in the meantime!

    Thanks so much. Using the zip is fine. I only informed you because when
    I went to check on permissible file formats, it seemed there were no
    limits, and to let you know if we encounter a counter-example.
