File Types
I see that Rise has a maximum side of 5GB for audio and video files. I also see videos are best in 16:9 aspect ratio. I'm seeking information in a couple areas:
1. Please list all of the file type...
You're right, Anna. RIse 360 doesn't accept AVI files in a video block. Hopefully you were able to convert the file to MP4 or another supported video file type before uploading. I'll be sure our team sees this!
