Files hanging in preview and published mode - 3 dots

Good Afternoon,

I have a file that is completed and when i go to view it in SL i get to the 3rd slide and it freezes....i get 3 dots and its just thinking about moving on but doesnt. This happens in when it published also.

    Hi, Lora,

    It sounds like there's something on the 3rd slide that's "confusing" the program, so it doesn't know how to show the slide. 

    I suggest you submit the file to the Articulate staff. You can do that here:

    In my experience, they're quite responsive and helpful.
