We have encountered a problem with firefox. When we launch the project and change the slide several times, the project gets stuck in a loading wheel (see attachment).
This only happens on firefox, we have tested on Chrome and Safari.
Our project is used on moodle
Firefox : 108.0.2
Storyline 360: 3.71.29339.0
This is a pressing issue, this project is due anytime soon

first - do you use classic player or modern player
second - what happens with Chrome ?
third - now to firefox - open the debug console of Firefox (-> F12)
example for starting without a real problem:
hint: the "download font" errors are normal
what happend, if you start your course on moodle ?
do you have any 'special' error while starting ?
and another check with "Network"
are there 403 or 404 errors ?

1. We use modern player
2. In Chrome there is no issue, we can go back and forth between slide and this never happens, only on firefox
3. I don't see any error other than the font ones
4. in the network i only get 200, no errors, even when the issue occurs, after 2-3 banck and forth between slides

- you are on mac? then try Firefox on windows
- try your course on SCORM Cloud with Firefox
It still doesn't work on windows with firefox
But when using scorm cloud the issue seem to be gone when using firefox.
The issue is with firefox and moodle ?
you could check the problem with the ESR Version of firefox (102.6.esr)
which version of moodle are you using?
in the moodle develeoper forum I have not found anything for this problem
The issue is still there on firefox esr version
We use moodle 3.11
Do you have any other ideas ? I found some other discussions in this forum but no solution so far
you has installed the last version of moodle 3.11 (-> Moodle 3.11.8) ?

- create a new course with blank pages (only text, no images) - what happends on moddle with firefox
I can't say for sure, i don't have the access to see the version
I tried with a project only text and the issue is gone. So i tried in the project to navigate only between slides with only text or one image and the issue does not happen.
The slide when that seem to cause the issue has multiples images and layers
now you should open a support case with all infos and a link to this forum thread
