Font Awesome Not Detected

I receive the message below despite having Font Awesome installed. The Storyline file has Font Awesome Icons as buttons. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both and continue to have the same...

Hello,

I am getting the same message while using the trial version while I wait for Storyline 360 to be installed . I cannot install new fonts where I work. If I use Storyline icons, will this always be a problem?

    Hello Barbara!

    Do you have the installer for the "Font Awesome" font? You may be getting that error as the font you've installed is not the correct/same font used in the Storyline file itself. Fonts can have different formats (eg. can be TTF, OTF). Even though they are the same font in name, the fonts may differ in format, causing that error to pop up.

    The best way to test is to install the same "FontAwesome" font that was used when creating the original Storyline course.
