Font Awesome Not Detected

Unfortunately, we didn't receive a response from Kristopher, so I do not have an update to share.
Do you still receive this error after a uninstall/reinstall of the font? I'm curious if there's a chance you installed a different font family or format. Can you get the font installer your colleague used to install the font?
