Font Face and Size Default Customization in Rise?

I would be so happy if tables just worked anything close to what they say it does. Resizing cells is beyond frustrating, applying format to a table as a whole is impossible. What is discussed here would be so much less of a problem if I could just drag my cursor to select and have a SINGLE CONTEXT MENU with all formatting options. 1 Cell is selected? Sorry, you can't format the text in it, you have to select it manually, but if you select more than a single space more, you will grab the entire table. Want to format the font size of all the cells in a table? Tough, you have to go ONE BY ONE and MANUALLY select EACH CELL'S TEXT to modify it. Oh, and if you accidentally delete the content of a cell? Any and all formatting applied is lost and it goes to the ridiculous global default that I can't change OR read because it's too small. It's like they made a contest to create the most unhelpful UI in existence.
