Font Installed in Parallels Windows Environment Does Not Appear in Storyline

Thank you for your patience while we've looked into this!
We’ve confirmed that Proxima Nova Light and Proxima Nova Semibold display correctly in Storyline when the latest versions of those fonts are installed and enabled for desktop use. In our testing, updating the Proxima Nova font files resolved the issue.
In Settings > Personalization > Fonts, confirm you have the latest version installed. The details should appear similar to the following:
Full name: Proxima Nova Bold Version: Version 3.020;hotconv 1.0.109;makeotfexe 2.5.65596
Full name: Proxima Nova Semibold Version: Version 3.020;hotconv 1.0.109;makeotfexe 2.5.65596If you don’t see a current version listed, follow these steps:
- Reinstall the latest fonts through Adobe Creative Cloud (or your font manager).
- Confirm they’re enabled for desktop use.
- Restart Storyline.

Hi, has anyone ever found a solution to this? I've found similar posts from people on this issue going back over 5 years so it's disappointing that there still doesn't seem to be a handle on this common problem. In my case I have installed, uninstalled, restarted, tried the .tff format, tried the .oft format. I just cannot get Storyline to acknowledge my Proxima Nova installed fonts (semibold and light in my case.) Would appreciate any assistance.
